Dr. Vivian Barron grew up in Houston, Texas. She always knew that she wanted to be in healthcare, but never thought she would end up in dentistry, despite her mom and grandmother both having been in the field. Dr. Barron attended undergrad at Wellesley College. After being in the cold Boston weather for four years, she knew that she wanted to come home to Texas. She soon realized she wanted a career that combined both medicine and artistry as well as gave her the opportunity to build ongoing relationships with patients. This led her to move forward with dental school at Texas A&M Baylor College of Dentistry. Here, she was active in the Texas Association of Women Dentists and her dental fraternity Xi Psi Phi.
Dr. William Jennings grew up in Pflugerville, and has been lucky enough to have traveled and experienced much of Texas from Amarillo to Santa Anna to Hickory Creek. After graduating from West Texas State University, he went on to complete his dental education at Baylor College of Dentistry. He strives to educate his patients as a tool for improving their dental health. Reducing any anxiety associated with dental care and creating a friendly, patient, and compassionate environment are two of his main goals as a dentist. He participates in the East Texas Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, and the American Dental Association.
I must say East Quarter Dental and Dr. Barron are exquisite!! Overall the staff, space, and ambiance were truly elite. I am so thankful to now have a knowledgeable, yet empathetic dentist.
During my visit, I was able to share my concerns while also receiving guidance for continued healthy, clean teeth.
Fantastic dentist!! Everyone I interacted with was so kind and thoughtful.
I’ve been dreading going to the dentist, and I’ve always struggled to find a good place to go, but Dr. Barron and her staff eased my anxiety and made me feel super comfortable!
